You've worked the night.
Now own a city.

We're hiring City Leads in five Australian cities. It's a sales role with a community edge, for people who already know who runs the nights where they live.

Built by people
who worked the door.

Guestii is the operating system for nightlife and events. Guestlists, online and door ticketing, tables and booths, QR entry, walk-in payments, promoter management and payouts, detailed guest CRM, and advanced reporting - all on one guest record, replacing the four or five tools most operators juggle today.

We started in Melbourne, are headquartered there, and now run in many venues across Australia. There's no subscription and no setup fee; we charge a flat fee per paid entry, so we only do well when the people running the night do well.

We're a small founder-led team. Everyone on it has spent time on the other side of the rope, and we build for the people who actually run the night.

Five cities.
Same job.

Every role below is the same brief in a different city. Pick yours.

City Lead Sydney Sales On the ground

The role

You'll be responsible for growing Guestii in Sydney. It's a sales role first, with a community edge: you'll be the face of Guestii to the people who run nights in the city, and the voice of those operators back to our product team.

Most of your time will be spent on discovery and outreach, using your network to grow Guestii - talking to venues, promoter groups, event runners, and anyone selling tickets on the door or online who has a team to manage behind it. The rest is making sure the ones who sign up actually go live.

  • Outreach. Research the venues, promotion groups, event organisers and ticketed nights in Sydney worth talking to. Reach them over Instagram, email, phone and in person, book meetings, run demos, and close. You'll own the full process from first contact to a live client.
  • Onboarding. Get new clients running their first paid events on Guestii. A client that signs but never runs a night on the platform doesn't count, for you or for us.
  • Feedback and product. Work directly with the founders. What Sydney operators ask for shapes what we build next.
How we work

We're an early-stage company and Sydney is a new market for us, so there isn't a playbook waiting for you. You'll get the product, the founders' time, a clear set of targets and the tools you need, and you'll be trusted to work out the rest.

About you

You've worked in nightlife or events. Promoter, door, venue management, event production, bar - doesn't matter which, but you know how a night runs and you already know people who run them. This is a prerequisite.

You enjoy meeting new people and are comfortable walking into a venue on a Thursday night and asking for the manager. You're organised enough to keep clean notes on 50 conversations at once and follow up on all of them.

You want to be paid for outcomes, not for showing up.

See what we do at guestii.com and guestline.io. If this is you, email a couple of lines on where you've worked in nightlife or events and who you already know in Sydney. No CV needed.

City Lead Melbourne Sales On the ground

  • Feedback and product. Work directly with the founders. What Melbourne operators ask for shapes what we build next.
How we work

Melbourne is where Guestii started and where the team sits, so you'll have the founders in the room rather than on a call. That does not mean the city is won. You'll get the product, a clear set of targets and the tools you need, and you'll be trusted to work out the rest.
